Date to Accept Offers of Admission Extended to May 15

Penn State will extend its offer acceptance deadline from May 1 to May 15, 2024, for incoming first-year students enrolling in the summer or fall 2024 terms.

    This program is intended for parents and family members of students accepted to Penn State Scranton.
    Communication with families creates a positive relationship as a student transitions to college.
    Please join Dr. Marwan Wafa, Penn State Scranton Chancellor, Dr. Durell Johnson, Chief Academic Officer and Matthew Nied, Director of Student Services & Engagement for a one-hour chat. This is your opportunity as a parent of a new college student to ask the leadership team your questions about Penn State Scranton and why we are a unique college in our community. In addition, find out about future plans at Penn State Scranton. 

    The Chat with the Chancellor will take place using Zoom.
    Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to log into Zoom on the day of the event. Zoom is available via the web and can be accessed via a computer, phone or tablet with a web browser and a connection to the Internet. A webcam is recommended but not required, but a microphone is needed.
