CANCELED: Veteran, Transfer, and Adult Virtual Open House

If you are an armed forces veteran, a transfer student, or an adult with some or no college credits, attend our virtual Open House for all the information and direction you need to earn a Penn State degree!

• 5:30 p.m. – Session 1: Our admissions counselors will present to you all your degree options and share with you all the details about how to apply and create a MyPennState profile.
• 6:00 p.m. – Session 2: Our Financial Aid Coordinator, Rick Van Buren, will take you through the steps on how to apply for financial aid and scholarships.
• 6:30 p.m. – Session 3 (Breakout Room): Talk with current veteran students and our Veterans Administration’s School Certifying Official, Rick Van Buren, about your military education and housing benefits.
• 6:30 p.m. – Session 3: (Breakout Room) Learn more from Mike Romeo about how your college credits from other higher education institutions will transfer to your Penn State degree program.
• 7:00 p.m. – Session 4: – Optional Virtual Campus Tour.

We encourage both students and family members to participate. A webcam is not necessary to participate, as the program can be easily viewed on any desktop or laptop computer or mobile devices such as a tablet or smart phone. (If you plan to use a mobile device, please download the Zoom app from the App Store or Google Play in advance.)
