Altoona Penn State Day

   The way your Penn State story unfolds is up to you.  Penn State Day is your time to learn first-hand what makes Penn State Altoona a great place to start or finish your degree.  Meet with faculty, staff, and students throughout your day and take a campus walking tour.
 

If you are interested in Accounting, Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship, Nursing, Rail Transportation Engineering, or Security and Risk Analysis, you’ll want to make sure to visit our downtown campus. At our downtown campus, you can visit our Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence, nursing simulation lab, communications studios, classrooms and labs space. Parking information will be provided in your registration packet.

We can’t wait to meet you and share with you all the things that make Penn State Altoona a great place to pursue your college degree!

Note:  Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Steven A. Adler Athletic Complex.  The program begins at 9:30 a.m. with a structured agenda throughout the day. Please arrive by the start time to participate in the day's activities and events. 

We understand that Penn State Days at several of the Commonwealth Campuses coincides with the Jewish High Holiday Yom Kippur. As this or other conflicts arise, special arrangement can be made to support families for individual visits. Penn State offers a number of other on-campus visit opportunities for prospective students and guests throughout the year.
