    “A Taste of Food Science” Prospective Student Event 

    Are you curious about earning a Penn State degree in Food Science? Join current students and professors to learn about classes, research opportunities, internships, careers, scholarships, alumni network, and more. Plus, tour our facilities and participate in a hands-on lab experience with a Food Science class! Parents, gain valuable insights about scholarships and careers with our department head and professors. See agenda below for details.

If you are a high school student who has received an offer of admission into the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences, this event is supplemental to a virtual or in-person Admitted Student Event. A Taste of Food Science does not cover information from the Undergraduate Admissions Office, Housing and Food Services, the Office of Student Aid, or New Student Orientation. You may choose to explore other resources on campus after the Taste of Food Science concludes.
