¡Vámonos a Penn State 2025! Hispanic Heritage Month - Philadelphia

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Penn State Undergraduate Admission Strategic Partnerships office is excited to invite you on a bus trip to visit our University Park campus! Penn State Admissions will sponsor transportation, meals, and activity fees.

On Friday, October 3, 2025, you will have the opportunity to learn all about what Penn State has to offer! We have a full day planned for you, including a campus tour, a chance to explore Penn State's academic programs, and social activities with our Latino/a and multicultural student ambassadors.

Registration is a 3-step process and must be completed by Friday, September 19, @ 4:59 p.m. ET.    

1.       Reserve your space by using the RSVP NOW!You will receive an email confirming your reservation.  

2.       1-2 business days later, "YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN" will receive an email from  “CampDoc” to complete your registration process.  

• In CampDoc, your parent must select the “University Park” campus and your specific bus region.  Complete the registration, parental consent, and Code of Conduct Forms.

3.       Submit forms!

• After submission, emails from both “CampDoc” and the “Penn State Admission Strategic Partnerships office, will be sent confirming your registration is now complete.   

Registration is not complete until you've received our email confirmation.
