Penn State University Park Large Group Visit Request

Undergraduate Admissions is pleased to welcome large groups of 15 or more high school Juniors and Seniors to the University Park campus on select Wednesdays. Space is limited and approved registration is required. Please review the visitation requirements below, then select the best date and time that fits your schedule to place your request. Please note agendas are not adjustable from the posted availability.

Visit Requirements

Information sessions and campus tours are organized with prospective college students in mind and are not intended for general school field trip purposes. Groups must agree to the following visit requirements:

• You are required to bring at least one chaperone for every 10 students attending. Every chaperone must complete a Chaperone Agreement to turn in upon arrival and participate in all event components.
• At this time, all student attendees must be high school Juniors or Seniors.
• All student attendees must be pre-registered at least two weeks prior to your visit to ensure adequate space and staffing. Separate instructions on how to register attendees will be provided if the visit request is approved.
• As the group coordinator, you are responsible for the conduct of your student attendees. Penn State staff and tour guides have the right to terminate a campus visit due to disruptive behavior.
• Groups are not permitted to use any electronic devices during the campus programming (i.e. cell phones, tablets, air pods, headphones, etc.).
• Late arrival of more than 15 minutes of the visit will result in the cancellation or modification of the visit agenda per staff availability.
• Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the visit being canceled by Penn State staff.
• Submission of this form is not confirmation of your visit. You will receive communication after Penn State staff have reviewed your request (typically within 5-7 business days).
