University Park Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications Penn State Day

Join us at Penn State University Park for Penn State Day! This event is designed for high schools seniors to visit and explore University Park. Students should register for the academic college that they have applied to, or plan to apply to. Please find the schedule for the event below. Additional details will be provided via email after registering for the event: 

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Check-in & Info Fair (HUB-Robeson Center)
Arrive to the Bryce Jordan Center for Penn State Day if using complimentary parking through Parkmobile. Shuttles will be available if desired to central campus. Check-in and programming will begin at the HUB-Robeson Center. Upon arrival, visit tables with different university resources prior to your Admissions Info Session.

12:30 PM -1:00 PM Admissions Information Session (Alumni Hall, HUB)
Join a Penn State Undergraduate Admissions staff member to walk through important information about Penn State, and the application process.

1:15 PM - 2:15 PM: Bellisario College Information Session (Room 233AB, HUB)
College overview with the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education and student panel with EMS Ambassadors. Find out what makes this small college unique.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Bellisario Media Center Tour and Open House (Bellisario Media Center, Departing from Room 233AB, HUB)
Join us during our open house for a tour of the new Bellisario Media Center!  This brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of campus and offers a space for all communications students to call home. The open and collaborative design features a media commons, innovation lab, newsroom, productions studios, classrooms, and more. 

3:15 PM - 5:15 PM: Explore University Park 
Visit with tour guides across campus in this deconstructed tour that allows you to visit and explore University Park at your own pace. Materials will be provided upon check in to help you navigate campus.
