Human development professionals work to promote healthy human development, identify and help manage real-life problems, and intervene when appropriate.

Students who complete human development-related programs are prepared to assume leadership roles in a wide range of human service and health professions, including developing new models to prevent and treat social and mental health problems and advocate for new social policies and programs.

High school juniors and seniors will participate in lectures and activities hosted by our Human Development and Family Studies faculty to learn about the health and human development field, program courses, and careers.

Event space is very limited and information will be intended for high school upperclassmen.
