    College of Information Sciences and Technology Accepted Student Programs

    Accepted Student Programs at University Park are hosted by Admissions and the college to which you have received your offer of admission. With a variety of programs available during the week and on Saturdays, you have many options to learn more about the next steps in the admissions process, connect with current Penn State students, explore academic opportunities specific to your program, and experience life as a Penn Stater.

    Accepted Student Programs fill up quickly and registration is required. Log in with your MyPennState user id and password to make your event registration selections.

    If you cannot find an Accepted Student Program that fits your schedule, please contact the College of IST at futurestudents@ist.psu.edu to set up a personal on-campus appointment or a one-on-one virtual appointment at a day and time that is convenient for you and your family.

    Program Options

    White Track Programs

    White Track programs are half-day visits designed for students with an understanding of Penn State. This track is best for students who may have been to campus for previous visits and are familiar with the Penn State experience. This track also provides helpful information for students who have already accepted their offer of admission to Penn State.

    Blue Track Programs

    Blue Track programs are full-day visits designed for students who are looking to learn more about Penn State University Park. This track is best for students who may have not been to campus previously or are still evaluating their college options.

    Full-day Saturday Programs

    Saturday, February 8 and Saturday, April 4 programs are large-scale full-day visits designed for students who are looking to learn more about Penn State University Park. These visits provide helpful information for students who have already accepted their offers, as well as resources to help students who are still evaluating their college options.
